JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a service assistant within our home care services, you primarily work with service tasks in ordinary housing. The tasks include cleaning, laundry, and purchasing. The work can be physically demanding at times and requires that you enjoy an active job.

The position also includes extensive vehicle responsibility. This includes, among other things, vehicle cleaning and washing, booking of service, inspections, and tire changes. You are also responsible for receiving and unpacking deliveries and ensuring that supplies and materials are kept organized and easily accessible for the operation.

Working hours are scheduled during weekdays in the daytime.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you have experience in similar work, but personal suitability is equally important. We are looking for someone with a good attitude, who is meticulous and takes responsibility for their tasks. You find it easy to collaborate with others, are flexible, and can quickly adapt when circumstances change. You enjoy planning your work, handling multiple tasks, and like to work solution-oriented.

Your social skills and positive attitude contribute to a pleasant work environment and good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You strive to perform your work with high quality and always have the individual's best interests in focus.

With some customers, both pets and smoking may occur. It is therefore important that you are comfortable being in environments where there are pets and where smoking may occur indoors. This is a prerequisite for being able to perform the tasks.

To be considered for a position within the care and social services department in Ronneby Municipality, a police record extract must be presented. The form to be used is called "Extract for work at HVB homes". The normal processing time is up to two weeks. Please remember to order the extract in good time. We apply rolling selection, which means that the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Our means of transport are cars and electric bicycles, so you need to have a B driver's license and be able to ride a bicycle.
